1. Usage Rights

• All compositions and recordings created through Your Name in Song remain the intellectual property of Jorn Swart.

• Songs are provided for personal use only.

• You may share your song on personal social media accounts with credit to the composer (@pianostringtheory or @doekemusic)

• You may not monetize, license, distribute, or release the composition or recording on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Content ID, etc.).

2. Requests

• Names are limited to 20 characters.

• You may submit your own name or a name of your choice.

• I reserve the right to decline any request at my discretion. Offensive, hateful, or trolling submissions will be rejected.

3. Revisions

• No revisions are included. Each piece is a unique artistic interpretation.

4. Delivery

• Standard delivery is within 7–14 days of payment, unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment

• Payment is due in advance through PayPal. Work will not begin until payment is received.

• PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards, even without a PayPal account.

6. Refunds

• If I decline your request, you will not be charged.

• Once I begin composing, the order becomes non-refundable.

7. Portfolio Use

• Excerpts may be shared on my website or social media (without personal dedications) unless you specifically request otherwise.

8. Composer’s Rights

• All intellectual property rights in both the composition and the master recording remain exclusively with Jorn Swart.

• Jorn Swart reserves the right to use, license, perform, record, or commercially release any composition created through Your Name in Song, including as part of an album or collection.

• The name of the customer or the name used for the composition will not be publicly disclosed or included in such releases without the customer’s prior written permission.
